Carpet Area is equivalent to 80.04 Square Meter Carpet Area, and with One Independent Parking Space without consideration which is situated at open space of A A......... P......... CO-OP. HOUSING SOCIETY LTD, there about, constructed upon land bearing CTS No.000/00 - B.................. V...... S......., in the Revenue Village - A.......... Taluka - A......., (hereinafter called as “The Said Flat”).
Originally, 1) MRS. B.................. V......
S......., 2) MR. V............. D.......... S......... had purchased the said Flat from the MR. D.......... P......... D........ by executing a registered agreement for sale having registered
no. XXXX/00000/0000, dated 00/00/0000/, That thereafter
late MR. V............. D..........
S......... died intestate on 00/00/0000 leaving behind his
legal heirs and representatives namely (1) MRS. B.................. V...... S....... (Wife), (2) Ms. D..................
V...... S....... & 3) MS. S.................. V...... S....... as his only
surviving legal heirs.

has executed a registered RELEASE DEED 00/00/0000 bearing
registered document No XXXX-00000-0000 in favor of 1) MS. D.................. V...... S....... and 2) MS. S.................. V......
S....... and Discharged /
Released her right, title and interest which she inherently received in
succession from said Mr. V............. D..........

S....... is going to apply
to the *society for the transfer of the said flat in their names as per RELESED
DEED dated 30/11/2022
The society has transferred the shares after taking
affidavits from both MS. D.................. V...... S....... and 2) MS. S.................. V......

The society hereby invites any person/s having any
claim/objection against or in respect of the said Flat or part thereof by way
of inheritance, mortgage, possession, sale, gift, lease, lien, charge, trust,
maintenance, easement, transfer, license in any litigation or otherwise or any
other right or interest whatsoever nature, to make/claim/ raise objection in
writing along with necessary documentary proof within 15 days from the
publication of this notice to the undersigned
